WHEN DO I NEED TO ORDER BY AND HOW OFTEN WILL I GET MEALS?

All orders must be placed by Sunday night for the following Friday-Monday delivery schedule, depending on what location you selected for pickups. Your meal subscription can be set to renew every week or you can just renew manually, only placing orders when you need them. You can also skip weeks or pause your subscription whenever you would like.

HOW DO I PICK MY MEALS EACH WEEK AND CAN I SWITCH PLANS?

1) Picking meals: Log in to your personal account and go to the “my subscription” tab. Hit select meals, and choose from the meals available for that week. The subscription section is where you can change your subscription plan, skip a week, or pause your subscription.

 

CAN I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

We’re all about convenience. Our subscription service is meant to give you the perfect middle ground between having the flexibility to pause but also not having to order all the time. Sign in to your account to see where in the cycle you are and pause/skip accordingly.

1) Log into your account at eatfulco.sprwt.in or follow the order link.

2) Under the “my subscription” section, go to subscription.

3) Make any changes to the number of meals you need, skip a week, or pause your subscription.

We don't subscribe to diets or fads. We aren't here solely to help you lose weight or become the next Olympic champion. We're all about helping you build a healthy, sustainable relationship with food.

We are here to empower you to make healthy choices without sacrificing flavor. We will work to give you the options to create a meal plan that will fit your lifestyle and your nutrition needs. 

We pull flavors from around the globe, and we pay attention to every detail so that we can create meals that are layered with flavor. Our food is as enjoyable to eat as it is healthful.

Every ingredient we choose is meant to maximize flavor, texture, and health.

HOW LONG DO OUR MEALS LAST?

7-9 days! We immediately chill all of our meals once they are finished cooking.  This allows us to maximize freshness and keep the meals from becoming soggy or smelly! Meals are freezer friendly although, for the best taste, we recommend consuming within 7 days from pickup.

WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERGIES?

All our food is gluten-free, preservative-free, nut-free, added sugar-free, and highly processed oil-free. Menu items have all the ingredients listed so if there is anything that you are allergic to, you can avoid that meal.

DO YOU OFFER VEGAN MEALS?

Absolutley! Almost all of our meals can be made Vegan/Vegetarian.  When you go to select a meal for your order, there is a pop up menu that allows you to select a Vegan option. There are a few meals where this just isn't possible and that option will not be available. There is a $1.00 upcharge on all vegan meals due to the additional cost of the plant based protein that we use. Also due to the Plant Based Protein that we use, vegan meals will not be Gluten Free.

WHAT PLANT-BASED PROTEIN DO YOU USE?

We are happy to work with Harvest Shreds. They are a local St. Louis company.  Harvest Shreds is a very clean label product with words that we can pronounce, and is surprisingly low in fat compared to most plant based proteins.  In addition to being a STL company, the product is actually made in Missouri as well!

DO YOU SUPPORT KETO AND LOW CARB DIETS?

We offer a "low carb" option when selecting meals to add to your order. While they are not specifically catered to low carb or Keto diet plans, they allow you to skip the starch and double the veg in our meals. This should allow most of our meals to fit into lower carb and Keto diets.

It’s with a heavy heart that I have to announce the indefinite closure of FUL. Your upcoming order will be the last for the time being. 

Unfortunately, a personal family crisis for the past few months continues to demand my full attention and while I have been quietly trying to find someone I trust to take over, it has been difficult, and I have reached an unsustainable impasse. 

On a happier note, as some of you may also know, I also recently got engaged (lucky me!) and I have been planning a move to be with my fiancé, the timetable at which has been sped up by this personal matter.  I will be moving to San Francisco in April.

I would like to thank every one of you from the bottom of my heart for the support the last 5 years and for trusting me with your food and nutrition. It has been an absolute privilege. My hope is that this will not be permanent, and I will continue to seek a suitable candidate to continue running the business.
